Use the contact form on this site. Messages arrive with the registrar and a person reads them. We do not publish a phone number or a postal address. The form is the way in.

What happens next

Everything is read. For a correction, the detail is checked and the print rehung with the change noted. For a tip, questions may follow before the route is walked in person. For a question, the reply carries what we know and points to the print that covers it.

Response time

We aim to reply within a few days. If a message needs a walk and a check first, it may take a little longer. We appreciate the patience, and the care taken for the city.
